Hebert
Arboretum at Springside Park is a
member of Gardens
of the Berkshires, a consortium
of significant public gardens located
in the Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts.
Its mission is to raise awareness
of the region as a destination for
visitors interested in gardens, gardening,
horticulture, and to promote participation
at the participating gardens and sites.
The group will act as the leading
advocate for the protection, preservation
and restoration of the garden treasures
of Berkshire County, and will serve
as a primary source of information
about garden related events in our
region. This will be accomplished
through a variety of collaborative
marketing efforts including web site
development, participation in exhibitions
and shows, group tour promotion, and
other means.
